Who wrote them and why should I read them?
You've read testimonials before. Companies solicit customer comments to convince you they are the right choice for their services or products based on other peoples experiences. In most cases, companies ask customers they know will respond positively and the customer knows this and writes a glowing report.
We don't ask anybody to do this. The customer testimonials we have here on our website never come directly to us, they are customers responses to surveys sent by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Milwaukee. People are not even required to write any additional comments on their experience other than rating certain areas by checking off boxes rated 1-10.
As you read some of the comments people voluntarily write on our behalf relating to their experience at Doc's, ask yourself, what would motivate you to to take the time to voluntarily write the things you see here in the "Additional Comments" section of a survey you're not even sure anybody will ever read?
We don't use peoples names because we don't have their permission (after all, they were never informed we would see them). But, we assure you, these are from real people riding a motorcycle they bought from Doc's Harley-Davidson.
