RESTRICTIONS
The following represent items which Doc's cannot keep in stock due to limited availability or specific requirements such as items coded specifically to your bike.
Paint, painted parts, obsolete, vendor direct, VIN protected, new bikes sales, engines, transmissions and service accessories are excluded.
DEFINITIONS OF WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Paint = Any paint listed in the P & A Catalog specifically developed for the purpose of painting anything with Genuine Harley-Davidson colors.
Painted Parts = Any parts/accessories painted or primed with any Genuine Harley-Davidson colors.
Obsolete = Any parts/accessories no longer available from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
Vendor Direct = Any parts/accessories that are not warehoused by Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
VIN Protected Accessories/Parts = Those parts available through the Harley-Davidson Motor Company that are "Special Order" only specific to a Vehicle Identification Number.
New Bike Sales = It is the policy of Doc's Harley-Davidson that all accessories for new motorcycles are ordered versus pulled from stock to better serve our Parts Department Retail Customer.
Service Accessories = Accessories needed at the time a motorcycle is scheduled for routine maintenance or repair.
