On February 17th President Obama signed into law the Economic Stimulus Package. In it, some consumers may qualify for a federal tax deduction on the state and local sales and excise taxes they pay on new Harley-Davidson motorcycles purchased between February 17, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
Does this offer apply to pre-owned?
Unfortunately, no. This applies to new motorcycles only.
