We came in Saturday morning, snowing like crazy. Have to thank Roger, Jake. And Phil. It was a great day for my wife and I. We settled on a blue Electra Glide! Jan 2022 I again had a great experience with the Parts Department workers. This time selecting the right H-D engine oil filter for my bike (2016 xl1200c) AND a special order for a jacking device that will fit my bike. I could have ordered the jack on-line from another well respected supplier, however the personal service and in-depth knowledge of the Doc's Parts workers convinces me it is better to buy locally from Doc's even when a special order must be placed---I'd always rather buy locally from Doc's. First time customer , I bought a used bike that purchased new from Docs 15 years prior. Not knowing the service history I brought it back to have gone through. The pick and delivery option is a major plus. Having the bike in an enclosed trailer and tied down securely set my mind at ease. Every thing was done in a timely and professional matter. I can not say enough about or experience, the sales with Tina was amazing, treated very professional. Jake and Phil in finance was amazing and not pushy on things with the deal. Then Bones and Doug made us feel very much part of a family. We were very happy and glad we stopped in. It was alos nice to see Beth go out of her way to take a few minutes to thank us. Maria is awesome not just to the people she is acquainted with but to anyone who walks through the doors at Doc's. I could go on and on about how she and all the girls and young man treat you when you come to Doc's. Doc's has always been a high class HD dealer with a reputation built on great people and even better service. A year or two ago, when I was in the market for a bigger bike, Doc's was my first stop. Had a great test ride on a new Ultra Classic. After the ride i was contacted about some questionable damage to the bike which would be forgiven if I'd buy the bike. To Beth's credit she personally met with me, reviewed the situation and reached what we felt was a reasonable compromise....I'd pay for any parts, but damaged parts would be returned to me after replacement. When I followed up with service department to pick up the parts they had mysteriously disappeared. Maybe a innocent mistake but made it look more like a not so innocent sales tactic. I'm enjoying my Ultra Limited, but it didn't come from Doc's. Like a lot of others sharing feedback, many great Doc's experiences had been tainted by just one bad one. Wouldn't even mention it but hey....you asked! Ride safe everyone ! (Employee: Beth Ernst)
